
Isiah McDonald
Isiah McDonald is Player Development Coach with the New York Yankees Single A Team in the Gulf Coast League specializing in Speed, Quickness, Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility. Coach McDonald is also the owner and founder of his company Instinct Performance which he continues to work with athletes and teams while working with the Yankees.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a DBC Level 1 in Biomechanical and Human Movement, a Certified Speed and Agility Specialist, and a Certified Mental Performance Coach. Prior to his current role with the Yankees, McDonald worked under Eric Cressey at Cressey Sports Performance, home to MLB superstars like Max Scherzer, Justin Verlander, and Mike Soroka. McDonald has worked athletes ranging from youth to professional levels. With DBC Fitness in Miami, McDonald worked with NBA, NFL, and PGA athletes.
